Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes! We offer expedited shipping options within checkout.

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

At this time we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of the United States.

How can I pay for my order?

Clothing Shop Online currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal. Amazon Pay

How long will it take me to get my order?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 2-5 business days.

How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. Tracking info will be provided.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. 

Can I exchange my order?

Please contact Customer Service info@flychicfashions.com if you wish to return or exchange an item. 

If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.

How do I return my order?

We will gladly offer exchanges or store credit on unworn products with tags attached, with no sign of wear, alterations, or odor. If we detect an item is worn we will refuse the package and have it returned to you. We do not do refunds. We do not issue return labels. Products should be shipped back to us no longer than 5 business days after receiving your items. 

Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received, only send to the address that our customer service provides.
